Satan's Nightclub is a first of its kind for the greater Brisbane area.

The event, which will occur in both Brisbane and Ipswich, features a line-up of live electro, darkwave and industrial artists, and is sure to satisfy the lusts of fans of the ever popular Faith Nightclub.

Satan's Nightclub will feature Dubrow, Karoshi, Super Massive, DAMIEN, Hostile Architect, and Shadowbox.

Hailing from Ipswich, DAMIEN is a queer alt-electro-rock artist who recently released new music. "My new single, 'Nowhere' is out now. It has hints of Billie Eilish-inspired vocal layers and Siiickbrain-inspired soundscapes.

"If you like your vocals menacing, your basslines thumping and your grooves dark, then this is for you."

Here, DAMIEN shares (with tongue firmly planted in cheek) five sins to succumb to at Satan's Nightclub.

1: (Witch)craft beer

Both hosts of the event, Banshees Bar (Ipswich) and King Lear's Throne (Brisbane) boast an impressive array of boutique craft beers, as well more mainstream favourites.

2: Irreverent inclusivity

Satan's Nightclub is an LGBTQI-friendly event. Everyone is welcome and abusive or harassing behaviours will not be tolerated.

3: Adulterous audio

With a line-up of the best live darkwave, electro and industrial acts South East Queensland has to offer including Karoshi, DAMIEN, Super Massive, Hostile Architect and Shadowbox, plus Melbourne's Dubrow coming up for the event, this night will leave your ears feeling as though they have been seduced in the most pleasurable of ways.

4: Devilish dancing

This is definitely NOT a sit in the pews or kneel at the alter type event. It's an opportunity to get moving in ways that would make angels blush.

5: The unexpectedly unholy

Whether it's simply the monumental phalluses on the wall at Banshees, you will likely witness some magnificent expressions of self and creativity, so by all means get in the (evil) spirit and let your wings loose.

Satan's Nightclub takes place at King Lear’s Throne (Brisbane) 25 November and Banshees Bar & Artspace (Ipswich) 26 November. DAMIEN also performs at Rock Beats Depression at Mansfield Tavern (Brisbane) 5 November.
