Update - 5 December, 2025: 5 Seconds Of Summer have added an Adelaide date to their Australian tour. Scroll down for the details.
History-making, multi-platinum Australian alt-rock/future punk/pop group 5 Seconds Of Summer will hit their home turf as part of the ‘EVERYONE’S A STAR!’ World Tour in 2026.
The tour is set to kick off in march with a European and UK leg running through May, followed by dates in the States until August, and a run of shows down under (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) in October-November.
It’s the group’s most ambitious new era yet, pioneering a genre-bending sound. Their next album, ‘EVERYONE’S A STAR!’, is due out in mid-November. It’s their first official new music since 2022. Alongside the tour announcement comes a new single, ‘Telephone Busy’.
The upcoming album is 5SOS like you’ve never seen – or heard – them before. They take inspiration from acts like N.E.R.D, Gorillaz, The Prodigy and more, while holding on to and embracing the energy which has always made them electrifying.
Already released are singles ‘NOT OK’ and ‘Boyband’, and the era kicked off with a pop-up performance in Los Angeles. Thousands of fans lined up and down Sunset Boulevard to catch the start of the new era, and it’s safe to say these Australian dates will garner a similar reception.
Tickets are on sale 31 October.
