Melbourne band The Heartache State, fronted by Nick Barker, release their new album, 'Last Of The Buffalo', today (1 September).
“This is the second Heartache State album. It really feels like a band now, loose but with a lot of spirit. Making it was easy and fun, and that's what playing music was always supposed to be... we love the bloody thing!” says The Heartache State.

4. Mark 'Jacko' Jackson: 'I'm An Individual'
Geelong full forward (he also played with Melbourne and St. Kilda); one of the last great personalities in VFL/ AFL.
