Deena is a self-taught and self-style, blues-rock outfit and this is what sets her apart from the rest and makes her style so unique.
It was only three years ago that she decided to start making music and she has had a steady rise in prominence. She has released two albums, 'Lone Wolf' and 'Black Cat', toured the country, as well as completed shows in the USA, Malaysia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Japan. Her new single is 'Turpentine'.
A Pokémon fan from way back, Deena has a Top 5 of these animated creatures she would like to have a duet with:
Jigglypuff
Because if my artist career plummets into the ground then I'd love to learn how to sing lullabies so I can widen my target market to children's music. Jigglypuff is the master of sending people to sleep, parents will be eating out of the palms of my hands.
Pikachu
I've always wanted a back up vocalist that would be able to rock out some back up dancing. Pikachu would be great as he would just follow me around everywhere and I wouldn't have to teach him how to stay one step behind me.
Dugtrio
Well, ever since I saw the Fairfield Four punch out the tear-jerker in 'O Brother, Where Art Thou?' I definitely found the curiosity to try my hand in doing some crazy bass harmonies in a barbershop quartet format. I have a feeling the Dugtrio boys will bring on exactly what I need, I'm probably the one that's lacking in the low range vocals. I'll figure it out.
Charizard
Mötley Crüe will have nothing on my pyrotechnics once people see the spectacular fire duet I've choreographed with Charizard. But don't worry, I've accrued enough badges to ensure Charizard won't set any of the audience members or stage on fire. If he does, I'm always covered by my public liability insurance.
Ditto
Now Ditto would be an absolute dream to duet with. I could do an eclectic all-star performance with Celine Dion, Beyoncé, maybe some Jimmy Barnes or some smooth jazz with Ella Fitzgerald. Mmm mmm!! Or screw a duet, I'll make Ditto turn into Deena and make her do gigs every night while I relax on an island surrounded by shirtless men lathered in coconut oil hand feeding me peeled grapes as they wave palm leaves to cool my face. Anyway, I digress.
