The opener 'Just Do It Well' with its blazing guitars, slices through the water. Things settle down to a more sultry tone for the final two tracks.
'Perfect Night, Not Quite' is a nostalgic and romantic ditty with charm in spades. The closer (and conceptual title track) 'Crack' is a moorish ode to infatuation and lovesickness.
Self-described as 'tongue-in-bill', the 'Ducks In A Row' EP from Jacket Weather has the prolific band maintain their serene facade while paddling expeditiously beneath surface.

Our Dads
We have them to thank for our love of macho riffs combined with soft, gooey lyrics about love; there's nothing better than opening a bottle of Shiraz and taking turns flipping records of our yacht heritage.Classic moments from Pistol and his father, Guy, getting silly on scotch after dinner listening to 'Dark Side Of The Moon' while playing pool, to all three of us around Dan's family pool table peeling the sacrilege stack of piled records his father, Leno, has left on the player that we we all sing and dance to before, you guessed it, another game of pool.
The Shiraz
Or quality red of any varietal, really. Generally a full bodied Pinot Noir, then backed up by a Shiraz but we just love our fine wine to accompany the deluxe listening party we find ourselves constantly in. The next one will be at Cal's for the beloved Arctic Monkeys new record!
The Pool Table
The yarns, laughs and spectacular music shared over a few rounds, with a few glasses of wine have been core memories. We've been blessed to grow up with this timeless game and have become far too competitive.The later in the evening, the more professional we become with our tactics, which is hilarious to recall how badly into motion we put our 'skills'.

It's a family affair! Someone has to keep us in line and the fun is best shared. What can we say, we love our parents and are thankful they shared their good taste with us.Overall, dad/ yacht rock is so dear to us for its ability to quell a mood into our relaxation or high energy at the flip of a chorus. It's for everyone, even the ones that aren't for it.
