Oklahoma-based Broncho are currently in the country playing support duties on Methyl Ethel's national tour.
The four-piece consist of Ryan Lindsey (vocals/ guitar), Nathan Price (drums), Ben King (guitar) and Penny Pitchlynn (bass) and released their latest album 'Bad Behavior' last year.
With only Adelaide tonight and two shows in Brisbane this weekend, Broncho (whose thoughtful, nuanced rock and roll with an art school spirit and a punk rock heart has shared the stage with the likes of Queens of the Stone Age and Cage The Elephant) share 5 cars you should drive during your lifetime.
Mercedes Benz F 015
This car kept popping up as an ad and I thought it was fake and didn't wanna click on it. I also wanted to click on it so bad. So I finally did and it's real.I want a self-driving car and a great hang, and this one seems like both. You can swivel the chairs around, which is a must for any good automobile hang. That’s why conversion vans in the '80s had swivel captains chairs, because they were a good hang.
Lamborghini Athon
This car is an automatic no-brainer for me. There's nothing to be said. It is what I want.1980 Citroën Karin
I have always loved pyramids and the idea of the future. This car combines both for me. It's a tight, little pyramid with a lot of window.Tesla Semi
I love all the Tesla's and want to drive all of them. But mostly I want to be driven around by them. The semi is so exotic to me. Broncho would be best if driven around by this truck. We could modify it to be more of an RV, with plenty of swivelling captain chairs, chill spots, plants and hopefully a lot of window.Moller M400 Sky-car
My uncle Dan showed me this car when I was a kid and have thought about it a lot ever since. Growing up watching 'Back To The Future 2' made the future look like driving would be in the sky. But that also seemed impossible. That is, until uncle Dan introduced me to the Moller sky car.Broncho 2019 Tour Dates with Methyl Ethel
