The mighty country rock band Wagons returns to Dashville Skyline, having played the inaugural event in 2015. With enigmatic singer Henry Wagons riding shotgun after 20 years, the group is set to release their most cinematic record to date 'Songs From The Aftermath' on August 8.
The remarkable trajectory of William Crighton continues in 2019 after gracing some of the biggest festival stages here in Australia and internationally. He recently toured England, with a stop over in Canada to play Winnipeg Folk Festival. A purveyor of dark and searing Australiana, William is a favourite of the Dashville audience.
Dashville will also be introducing an exciting new talent to Australian audiences, Irish singer-songwriter Amy Montgomery who brings with her a bohemian aesthetic and a voice that channels Janis Joplin and Grace Slick.
The full line-up for Dashville Skyline 2019 also includes Andy Golledge, Freya Josephine Hollick, James Ellis & The Jealous Guys, Dead Marines, Sean McMahon, The Weeping Willows, Jen Mize, Magpie Diaries and many more.
The ultra-chilled countrified camping festival will host over 40 live performances, mouth-watering American-inspired food and bevvies, boutique market stalls, and an animal petting zoo.
This year marks also the 50th anniversary of the namesake of the festival, a 1969 record by Bob Dylan, titled 'Nashville Skyline' and Dashville celebrates with a bunch of special new experiences planned.
2019 Dashville Skyline (Hunter Valley) takes place 4-6 October (NSW’s Labour Day long weekend).
