"Community organizer" Barack Obama has appeared on the best episode yet of Zach Galifianakis' deadpan interview series, 'Between Two Ferns'.
During the interview, Galifianakis asks Obama about being "the last black president" and sending Hulk Hogan on a diplomatic mission to Syria, while Obama gets in some digs of his own — he tells Galifianakis that serving a third term as President would be like making a third 'Hangover' movie ("it didn't work out so well, did it?"), and credits Bradley Cooper for carrying the 'Hangover' franchise.
The deliberately cringeworthy interview, which was recorded two weeks ago, was done to promote healthcare.gov and the Affordable Care Act, and yet it's somehow hilarious anyway.
