Global K-Pop group BLACKPINK celebrate their fifth anniversary with the release of ‘BLACKPINK The Movie’ this August.
Their debut track reached the top of every record chart in Korea, within only four hours of its release. Now, five years later, the group has risen to worldwide stardom, with continued success through their own releases as well as collaborations with artists like Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, and Lady Gaga.
The film features sequences focused on each member of the group, including ‘The Room Of Memories’, looking back over the years since their debut; ‘Beauty’, with compelling shots of all four members with their distinct characteristics; and ‘Exclusive Interviews’ with a message for the fans.
Re-edited versions of live performances from ‘The Show’ (2021), ‘In Your Area’ (2018) and more hits from BLACKPINK will unfold on screens, providing fans with an immersive experience.
’BLACKPINK The Movie’ is in cinemas 4 and 8 August.
