Watch The Original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie At The New Globe Theatre

Before the new 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' movie comes out next month, the Valley's New Globe Theatre is giving you the opportunity to relive the original 1990 film, with a special screening tonight.


It's been 24 years since the original film adaptation of the series (now there's a fact to make you feel old) so where is everyone now?

Actress Judith Hoag who played fearless TV reporter April O'Neil is best know nowadays for her role as Tandy Hampton in the TV series 'Nashville'. While Elias Koteas' (who played Casey Jones, the love interest of April) most recent role is Detective Alvin Olinsky in 'Chicago P.D.'.

And what about the voice actors for our beloved turtles?

Josh Pais (Raphael) has most recently returned to 'Law & Order SVU' after several appearances in 2000-2001; he's also has also appeared in the Showtime series 'Ray Donovan'. He's currently filming for several movies.

Brian Tochi, (Leonardo) has since done several character voices in shows such as 'Family Guy' and 'Avatar: The Last Airbender', as well as several video games. Most recently he has appeared in the new series 'Under The Table'.

Leif Tilden (Donatello) hasn't appeared in anything since the short 'D.C. Smalls' in 2001, whereas Robbie Rist (Michaelangelo) has played several roles in movies, TV shows over the years, with his most recent movie 'Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie' being released this year. He also appeared as a bus driver on the cult classic, 'Sharknado'.

The original 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' screens at The New Globe Theatre tonight at 6.30pm. The Urban Chiefs, Tim Hulsman and Kendall Layt then play in the foyer from 8pm.
