There's a long, shameful list of comedy sequels that disgraced the memory of the films they were following.
Slapping a '2' on the end of a comedy title almost never works — but it looks like Anchorman 2 might be the exception.
The latest trailer is free of the flop sweat that usually curses these things. There's no feeling that the cast and crew are trying too hard to recapture that old magic; it just feels like they never went away.
