Got a smartphone and a neat idea for a film? It's time to get shooting!
Connect 5 is a short film competition facilitated by Optus aimed at Australian filmmakers, videographers, vloggers and animators.
Entrants are charged with submitting an original five-minute film that encapsulates how lives change for the better when people reach out and connect with one another.

Two Australian winners will be selected, each receiving a $10,000 cash prize and a trip with a friend to Singapore to attend the regional finals in November.
