Releasing the trailer for Robin Williams’ final on-screen performance, 'Boulevard', today, the film will once again showcase the late actor’s dramatic side.

In the film, Robin plays a married, closeted man who works a mundane job as a bank manager. Struggling with his sexuality, he eventually picks up and befriends a young gay street hustler. Starring alongside Giles Matthey, Kathy Baker and Bob Odenkirk, Robin

'Boulevard' had it’s world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival last year to critical acclaim, and though it's his second-last project – the actor lent his voice to a dog in a Simon Pegg comedy 'Absolutely Anything', to be released in 2016 – it is the last time Robin will appear on the big screen.

With lines like "it's never too late to start living the life you want", 'Boulevard' has a sobering topic. The themes are particularly poignant following the 63-year-olds passing last year who, after struggling with depression all his life, committed suicide last August.

“'Boulevard’ is a complex, life-affirming and surprising film, and Robin’s final performance is absolutely remarkable,” said Kevin Kasha, head of acquisitions for Starz Digital, earlier this year. “We are honoured to be able to share Dito’s beautiful film with audiences this summer.”

“We are very excited about partnering with Starz Digital to get this beautiful movie out there,” added producer, Monica Aguirre Diez Barroso of Camellia Entertainment. “Through ‘Boulevard,’ Dito was able to capture Robin Williams at his best, and we couldn’t believe more in the team helping us share this piece of his legacy with audiences.”

A maestro until the very end.
