Palace Cinemas Are Practically Giving Away Tickets

12 Years A Slave
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

Palace Centro Cinemas is making the most of the Australia Day long weekend, offering $5 movie tickets for some of the most talked about flicks of the awards season.

Brisbane film aficionados will be able to frugally party with Leo in 'The Wolf Of Wall Street' or take Spike Jonze's 'Her' out for a cheap date.

Other films on sale include foreign masterpiece 'The Great Beauty', Oscar Best Picture favourite '12 Years A Slave', the Coen Brothers' 'Inside Llewyn Davis', touching true story 'Philomena', showbiz dramedy 'Saving Mr Banks', and Oscar darling 'American Hustle'. All sessions will be discounted to $5 for the length of the Australia Day long weekend.

Palace Centro Cinemas is located in the heart of the James St precinct in Fortitude Valley. Sessions are expected to sell out quickly, so it might be an idea to book now and avoid disappointment.
