Children of the '80s rejoice — Michael J Fox is returning to television.
Fox will star in the imaginatively titled The Michael J Fox Show, playing a father who — after years of staying at home and dealing with the effects of Parkinson's disease — returns to his old TV job as a New York news anchor.
He's not exactly disappearing into this role, then, but it should be interesting to see him pull from his own experiences in the quasi-autobiographical show.
Betsy Brandt (Breaking Bad) and Wendell Pierce (The Wire, Treme) round out the cast; watch the trailer below. No word yet on when the show will make it to Oz, or whether or not Fox will be wearing Nike Air Mags.
