Because fate is cruel (or simply because local distributors are looking to sync up the film's release date with the cast and crew's international touring schedule), Australian audiences won't get to see Man Of Steel until June 27 — a full two weeks after the Yanks.
Since it's shaping up to be one of the greatest superhero movies ever, this is kind of a downer.
