Australian newcomer Claude Scott-Mitchell ('The Dry') also features as Rose Drummond-Ward, a newly arrived guest.
Filmed on location in Portofino, Italy, and along the Croatian coastline, 'Hotel Portofino' premieres on Foxtel from 8 February.
