For the first time ever, Australia will play host to the Polish Film Festival this October.
The Festival will begin in Melbourne before heading to Sydney and also offering an abridged program in Canberra.
The extensive program will include new releases, as well as short films and a selection of classic Polish movies.
Among the guests expected to attend are internationally respected filmmaker and prolific director Krzysztof Zanussi, as well as actor and director Jerzy Stuhr.
The Polish Film Festival will be at Melbourne's Classic Cinema from 11 – 21 October and the Ritz Cinema in Sydney from 19 – 28 October.
