The creative force behind the 'Alien' franchise, as well as 'Blade Runner' and 'The Martian', Ridley Scott makes his television series directorial debut with the new sci-fi drama 'Raised By Wolves'.
The HBO Max series, which focuses on two androids (Father and Mother) tasked with raising human children on a mysterious virgin planet, stars Australian actor Travis Fimmel – looking like a cross between Ragnar Lothbrok and Anduin Lothar from 'Warcraft'.
As the burgeoning colony of humans threatens to be torn apart by religious differences, the androids learn that controlling the beliefs of humans is a treacherous and difficult task.
Alongside Fimmel, who plays a character simply called Marcus, is Amanda Collin ('A Horrible Woman') as Mother and Abubakar Salim (Assassin's Creed: Origins) as Father.
Other cast members include Niamh Algar ('MotherFatherSon'), Ethan Hazzard ('Giri/Haji'), Jordan Loughran ('The Infiltrator', 'Emerald City') and Matias Varela ('Narcos').
