There’s not long to go until Australia’s premier pop culture event blasts into Brisbane. . . But Supanova Comic Con & Gaming has a secret to share – the MCU’s Michael Peña is the latest addition to the Brisnova line-up.
Michael will make an exclusive, one-day-only appearance. He’s perhaps best known for his role as Scott Laing’s comedic offsider, Luis, in Marvel Studios’ ‘Ant-Man’, and the sequel ‘Ant-Man And The Wasp’.

Beyond the MCU, the multi award-winning actor has starred in the likes of ‘End Of Watch’, ‘World Trade Centre’, and ‘Crash’. The latter took home Best Picture at the 78th Academy Awards. Michael can also be seen in ‘Fury’, ‘The Lincoln Lawyer’, ‘American Hustle’, and ‘Babel’.
Most recently, Michael has starred as astronaut Jose M Hernandez, in Prime Video’s biographical drama ‘A Million Miles Away’. He’s also part of the riveting first season of ‘Narcos: Mexico’, and the action-packed fourth season of ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’ on Prime.
Michael joins a roster of Hollywood heavyweights already appearing as part of Supanova this year. . . Like John Boyega, Cameron Monaghan, Holly Marie Combs, Brian Krause, and more.
