The Japanese Film Festival (JFF) makes a grand return for its 25th year this year from October-December.
Screening at Palace Cinemas in Canberra, Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, the programme (set to be revealed in September) will feature an expertly curated selection of films, from hot new releases alongside action, anime, drama, documentaries and more.
JFF will also screen a free Tribute Series, of films by Shuji Terayama, one of Japan’s most influential avant-garde film directors, in Canberra Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney, as part of the festival programme.
For those watching at home, a free online programme of five films will be available too.
