The Jingle Bell Rock Christmas Fair puts the fun back in Christmas shopping for Sydneysiders with vintage and retro stalls selling fashion, accessories and homewares, as well as a range of activities for kids of all ages.
Take a lesson in '50s-style dancing from the Swing To It Sydney crew (experts in 1940s-50s dance styles), enjoy quality food and tick those presents off your shopping list at The Concourse on 10-11 December.
It’s an all-weekend Christmas party too with the upper terrace featuring a fantastic line-up of swing, retro and rockabilly bands, international food traders and a Young Henrys bar.
Presented by Sydney Rock 'n' Roll & Alternative Market, musical acts featured include: Cruisin' Deuces (bringing the sounds of Texas, Memphis and Nashville to Sydney); The Hollywood Honeys (storming stages all over town with an intoxicating energy and sensational tunes); Coral Lee Farrow (the music shouts with steam-train rhythms, vintage, seductive vocals, and gritty guitar-picking); That Red Head (Lozz Benson rocks the drums, melts the microphone, and stirs up the dancefloor); Narelle Evans & the Jetbacks (championing rare tunes from the women of early rock & roll); Mother Truckers (blend raw rockabilly and stompin’ swamp).
