One spectator in the crowd at the FIFA World Cup Final followed every kick of the ball, tweeted their analysis of the final more than the professional pundits, and in the end lifted up their shirt like a true footballer celebrating one of their best goals.
This spectator also happened to be the world's #1 pop star, Rihanna.
To celebrate her team winning their fourth World Cup crown she lifted up her Germany jersey and flashed the crowd at the Maracana stadium. The pop star was very active on Twitter during the final. She certainly gave the Germans her full support. “Congrats to my German boyz! This was the most epic experience of my entire life! You guys made me so proud to be here,” she posted after full time.
Rihanna also offered some brief but somewhat insightful thoughts on the tactical strengths and weaknesses of both teams.
