Duff Beer — the formerly fictional beer from 'The Simpsons' — is coming to Australia.
Sure, Australians have been able to buy some sort of drink that comes packaged in 'Duff' cans for a while now, but it wasn't really Duff Beer. (Truth be told, we're not sure what it was, and we'd rather not know.) Now, finally, the 'real' thing will be made available, exclusively in Australia.
Duff Beer will hit Sydney first, as the Woolloomooloo Bay Hotel transforms into Moe's Tavern from May 23-30. Not only will the pop-up tavern have Duff on tap, they'll also be selling Lard Lad donuts, Duffalo Wings, and Krusty Burgers. Seriously.
The rest of the nation will be able to buy Duff Beer shortly after that, with 355ml cans going on sale at Dan Murphy's and BWS from $17 for a six-pack and $45 for a case.
