Sunshine Coasters have an all new music and visual arts show to dot on the event calendar.
The inaugural Maroochy Music And Visual Arts Festival will take place on the lush Horton Park Golf Course on Saturday, 22 August. The boutique event promises a relaxed, chilled out vibe with couches surrounding the seventh hole and unique art installations including giant inflatable glowing rabbits made by Tasmanian artist Amanda Parer.

Held at the end of winter to avoid the sticky Queensland humidity, the festival will revolve around one stage only, so punters won't have to worry about missing their favourite band.
Event Director James Birrell says “festival punters will love the art coupled with the killer line-up we have coming their way soon.” The full line-up will be announced in May – stay tuned.
