The video takes a tongue-in-cheek look at over-the-top gym behaviour, paleo confusion and obsession with flash-in-the-pan super-foods and unbalanced protein diets the modern man now faces daily.

It follows a man's confusing and futile battle to try to stay on top of the latest health fads in an effort to shine a spotlight on the extreme male behaviours and general confusion around diets, food terms and exercise.
'Healthy Guy' follows on from the first in the series ‘Healthy Girl’, that has already amassed 300k online views in just two weeks.
