South East Queensland foodies to attention: the Sunnybank $2 Food Trail - Winter Edition returns this weekend.
Self-respecting foodies will be prepping their taste buds for the ultimate self-guided foodie adventure, oriental style – Saturday 20 June, from 2pm - 8pm.
Last year's inaugural food trail saw thousands converge on Sunnybank Plaza and Sunny Park; the 2015 winter trail has grown to include 30+ participating vendors, offering a selection of seasonal $2 mini-dishes from a range of authentic, oriental cuisines including: Chinese, Japanese, Hong Kong style, Vietnamese, Korean, Taiwanese and more!
With extended trading hours, foodies will be able to graze on a huge variety of signature and popular winter dishes – think chilli-infused, steaming soups, and sizzling stir-fries from early afternoon until late in the evening. There will also be live music, traditional lion dancers and roaming entertainment.
