Fine purveyors of ‘garage grass’, Sydney’s Green Mohair Suits released their third LP, ‘Wooden Duck’, earlier this month.
The group are now embarking on an east coast tour takes them to venues as grassroot, eclectic and off-the-beaten track as they are: four guys, vocals, acoustic guitar, mandolin, dobro and banjo.

Band member Brian Campeau tells us the (his?) five reasons why you should have stayed at the pub with your mates.
1. That time you left friends behind, only to find yourself waking up on King St, Newtown with business people walking around your corpse on their way to work. What's worse is that no one left you any change.
2. That time you put things where they didn't belong and ended up ruining many friendships and relationships. Keep it to yourself, man!
3. That time you were convinced you could handle a local Thai restaurant by yourself, and found yourself yelling at the staff because you thought they were ripping you off. The next day, you checked the prices out and realised they were right, and your eyes were just too blurry to read.
4. That time you woke up surrounded by five police officers and you were covered in what could quite possibly be urine.
5. That time you freaked a bunch of people out by drunkenly licking and molesting a mannequin for 15 minutes in front of terrified shop owners and customers.
