El Coco is a five-night extravaganza in Melbourne that celebrates the very best of Cuban culture. Best of all, it's free!
El Coco promises to transform Melbourne's Exchange Hotel into a tropical-themed Cuban gala, complete with exotic Caribbean food, music and, of course, drinks. The free parties will feature a number of energetic live performances that incorporate Afro-funk, heavy salsa, funk, jazz and Caribbean disco.
Guests can also enjoy Cuban-inspired dishes such as beef rib 'stackwich' with smoked ham, provolone cheese and pickled onions, soft-shell crab tacos with sesame slaw and sriracha mayo and, for dessert, Cuban chocolate cigars. All the meals have been hand chosen Hammer & Tong's Simon Ward.
