The Brisbane CBD will welcome an overseas comrade this month, with the Buffalo Bar offering an authentic showcase of American food, drink and culture.
Having championed the rise of American cuisine in Queensland, the team behind Fortitude Valley’s Mighty Mighty Cue & Brew, led by owner Simon O’Brien, will bring their experience and expertise in American culture to the inner city. “Buffalo Bar sees us really explore the full plethora of American culture; everything from the ingredients used, cooking styles and right down to how they’re presented and what beverages they’re best paired with,” O’Brien says.
Located where the recently closed Belgian Beer Cafe was, this month Buffalo Bar will open its doors in time for one of America’s biggest celebrations of the year, Thanksgiving.
Buffalo Bar opens on Wed 26th November.
