Ninth Of May's music is a slow-burn throwback to early days Deftones.
They released the videoclip for their single 'Ramen' last month and will launch it with a massive party later this month.

With plenty of tour experience to draw from, we asked Ninth Of May to select their favourite ramen restaurants to visit.
1. Hakataya Noodles - Brisbane & Gold Coast
Hakataya only has four types of ramen on the menu, which they all do very well, and they offer free kaedama (extra noodles)! The pork bone broth is divine. A must try.
2. Taro's Ramen & Cafe - Brisbane
Arguably the best ramen in Brisbane, serving traditional Japanese ramen and snacks made from locally sourced ingredients in an unassuming spot. Great for those cold, winter days.
3. Gumshara - Sydney
Not easy to find this place, and you would want to be hungry before you tackle the almost gravy-like consistency of the tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, and lashings of pork rib and belly ontop. Deeelish!
4. Ichiban Boshi - Gold Coast & Sydney
One of the oldest ramen institutions in Sydney, Ichiban Boshi has a few locations in Sydney and the Gold Coast and doesn't mess around.
5. Ippudo - Sydney
If your looking for a more classy ramen dining experience, then Ippudo in the Westfield Sydney CBD is the place. Founded in Hakata, the ramen capital of Japan, Ippudo may be more expensive than some, but this is by far one of the best ramen places in Australia; have a few Asahi's on tap to go with your favourite bowl.
Ninth Of May launch 'Ramen' at The Zoo 27 June with friends RVLR and Lunar Seasons.
