Spandexx Ballet are back for more '80s Aerobics Dance Classes to take you into summer. If you like to witness the fitness and hotness all at once, these classes will get your biceps curling before you can say 'grapevine'. With all the best music of the crimped-hair and leg warmer era, this is the way for anybody to workout, dress up and let their hair down, no experience required.

An all time classic. Like running, but so powerful you don’t even need to move. Don’t forget to pump those arms!Grapevine
A key movement in any good aerobics workout, we like to add a little grapevine action to Wham’s ‘Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go’. You better believe it.Box step
