The ultimate foodies delight, Israeli-English chef, restaurateur, and food writer Yotam Ottolenghi will stimulate the senses when he tours Australia June 2021.
Known for 'the Ottolenghi effect', the trail-blazing chef and TV personality will discuss his influences and experiences, sharing his insights so you can 'dial up the flavour and be a sure-fire hit at mealtimes'.The chef-patron of famed London restaurants Nopi and Rovi, Yotam has published a number of best-selling cookbooks including 'Plenty' (2010), 'Jerusalem' (2012) and 'Ottolenghi SIMPLE' (2018). His current book is 'Ottolenghi FLAVOUR'.
With an approach to cooking many Australians find 'exotic', Ottolenghi introduces his audience to such ingredients as pomegranate, figs, rosewater, molasses, tahini, sumac, za'tar and so much more.
