With the dust yet to settle from Supanova Comic Con & Gaming's successful Brisbane and Adelaide events, the first guest has already been announced for 2018: Doctor Who himself, Peter Capaldi.
Fans of 'Doctor Who' will be familiar with Peter's work but the seasoned Scottish actor has a wealth of further experience under his belt. He played the iconic role of Malcolm Tucker in 'The Thick Of It' and 'The Loop', more recently portraying Paddington Bear's neighbour Mr. Curry in 'Paddington'.
Beyond being on screen, Peter is also an acclaimed director best know for his short film, Franz Kafka's 'It's A Wonderful Life' for which he won an Academy Award and a BAFTA.
He'll appear one last time at the helm of the TARDIS for this year's 'Doctor Who' Christmas special after four years in the cast.
More guests for the 2018 Supanova will be announced across the coming months.
