A day fostering local community wth epic live music, scrumptious foods, and delightful crafts plus market stalls, Brisbane's Stones Corner Festival returns in 2024.
Now in its ninth year, and still free to attend, the legendary street festival (5 May) is the perfect event to plan catch-ups with mates and family while basking in the sun soaking up the atmosphere with an adult beverage in hand as fragrant food smells waft across the senses enveloped by laid-back folk sounds, funky melodies and dance-floor beats.The 2024 music line-up is headlined by EDM OGs The Potbelleez, responsible for such bangers as 'Don't Hold Back', 'From The Music' and 'Keep On Loving', alongside local indie legends Screamfeeder, the guitar-pop rockers featuring stalwarts Tim Steward and Kellie Lloyd.
Then there's Brisbane-based queens of boho country-rock Vixens Of Fall providing their sassy, sweet and heartfelt melodies that'll pierce the heart as well as Australia's ultimate party band, Never Ending 80s, and earthy, alt. country storytelling duo Lontano.
An emerging local indie act from Sunnybank, Later Daze will make their festival debut at Stones Corner, showcasing their originals that are influenced by the likes of Arctic Monkeys, Ocean Alley, The Terrys. While the inspiring John Hanley returns with Don't Shoot The Hurricane.

Music is only one aspect of Stones Corner Festival with plenty of food trucks to keep foodies' attention, alongside a host of drink options to keep the party going. "With 19 different breweries in attendance, you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to refreshing sips," shares the event organisers.
"Look out for fan-favourite brews like Better Beer, Stone & Wood, CBCo Brewing, Aether Brewing and Aperol as well as offerings from Brookvale Union, Green Beacon Brewing, Gages Road Brew, 4 Pines and many more.
"When it's time to refuel, grab a bite from one of the mouth-watering food trucks lining the street. From juicy burgers and crunchy tacos to cheesy pizza and beyond, there's a flavour-packed treat to suit every palate at this epic party.
"There are plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained throughout the day! Support local by strolling through The Market Folk stalls, where you can explore a variety of pre-loved, hand-crafted and eco-friendly treasures; and make sure to bring your little ones as there'll be entertainment tailored just for them.
"The Stones Corner Festival is not just about having a blast, but also about coming together for a worthy cause. The festival's foundation is rooted in support for the MND and Me Foundation.
"Whilst entry to the festival is completely free, we do encourage you to make a donation upon entry, which will be invested into MND research to find effective treatments and a cure, as well as support services to ensure no Queenslander faces MND alone.
