Someone's spray painted 'Do Not Park' on a car window in Melbourne and everyone reckons a staffer at a Melbourne Domino's Pizza dun it.
Elisha Park (not a typo) claims she returned to her car after a 10-hour shift to find it parked in by another car, subsequently discovered to be owned by the manager of nearby Box Hill Domino's Pizza.
Park's Facebook spray (spray) says she felt intimidated by four middle-aged men and noticed later that her car had also been keyed.
In a twist, it transpires Park claims she actually had permission to park there. Awks. Police and Dominos senior management are now understood to be involved. It's not clear whether Domino's is accepting resumes direct to the store or via head office.
Elisha Park's Facebook statement:
I'm still shaking and at a loss of words from what I just experienced.... I'm not usually the one to verbalise my experiences on social media but I'm just so upset and angry...
after my 10hr shift all I wanted to do was go home as quickly as possible but once I got to my car I found it blocked off by an unknown vehicle. I went looking for the owner and it turned out to be the manager of Box Hill dominos.. All I did was politely ask him to move his car so I could leave but that's when this all happened.... He suddenly became very aggressive (mind you, he looked twice my age and there were maybe 4 other middle-aged, male coworkers in the store so I was already nervous to begin with) accusing me of taking his parking spot, he yelled at me ferociously, staring me down, whilst the coworkers snickered and laughed in the background, immediately thinking I was in the wrong, I sincerely apologised and kindly asked him again to move his car. He told me he was "too busy" when there were clearly workers at the back doing nothing and told me it wasn't his problem.. I stood in the store crying, but he didn't budge and kept "working".
I waited for an hour.
That wasn't even the worst of it, this was all all before I realised he had also defaced my coworkers and my own car.... Spraying red paint "do not park" on our windscreens and keying the same exact markings "do not park" on our bonnets and the sides of my car. We never once received a notice to alert us not to park there by paper or by person. The most hilarious thing is, I wasn't even parking in their spot, I had parked in a spot that I had gotten permission for, from the actual owners. So he had verbally abused me and damaged my property for no absolute reason and he was bold enough to keep coming out to our cars yelling at us, playing victim, denying everything, disrespecting not only me but also my dad. I had never felt so much anger and fear towards one person...
It was an eye opening experience and honestly my optimistic, trusting view towards people might have diminished but I'm not going to let that bastard ruin my views on the actual kind hearted, honest and good people still left in this world. How miserable and ungrateful he must be towards his own life to let his anger out and pick a fight with me, a stranger, a young girl, a person who wasn't even in the wrong ... I honestly feel sorry for him and the lack of love he must have in his own life...
I might love pizza but fkkkkkk, I'm saying hell no to box hill dominos even if they were to offer me free cheesy crust pizzas!!!!!!!!!
