May is Martini Month at The Waterloo Hotel. Sure, why not?
They're offering their customers a special month-long deal on martinis, and asking people to submit their own recipes for the famous drink. The recipe contributions are to be posted on The Waterloo's Facebook page, and they will trial these creations in the hotel itself.
Their premier martini concoction is the Rum and Vanilla Espresso Martini, featuring Matusalem Classic, Kahlua and Vanilla Liqueur, and they are encouraging customers to try it in tandem with the cool autumn nights ahead.
The Waterloo Hotel is open 10am to late, seven days a week.
