Kirin Hosts A Spot Of Polo

Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

The Japanese brewer will host an exclusive event at Brisbane's Paspaley Polo Club this Saturday, old sport!

With its Japanese-inspired theme, Kirin Polo Lounge features origami experts and work from Hiragana artists.

As part of Kirin's new nationwide partnership with Paspaley Polo in the City, the venue will be transformed into a Japanese wonderland, complete with paper lanterns and sleek black and white hues.

Origami experts will be on hand to create stunning keepsakes.

A blossoming apple wishing tree will also take over Paspaley Polo's beer garden, with guests being invited to pin their wishes to its branches.

The collaboration between Kirin and Paspaley Polo follows the brewery's introduction of four newly-blended ciders, including Fuji apple, plum and ginger.

Kirin Polo Lounge is at Paspaley Polo (Doomben Racecourse) on Saturday November 23.
