Are Ricky Martin and Ian Thorpe are about to reveal some big news?
The lads have reportedly penned a magazine deal to unveil their romance, according to Yahoo. Australian reporter Peter Ford broke the news on Twitter earlier today. "Ian Thorpe ready to share even more private stuff!!. He & bon bon shaking mate agree to huge mag/photo deal," he tweeted.
Thorpe publicly announced his sexuality during an interview with Michael Parkinson. "I'm not straight. And this is only something that very recently, we're talking in the past two weeks, I've been comfortable telling the closest people around me exactly that," he said at the time.
The 31-year-old swimmer credited Ricky for mentoring him through the process of coming out. Ian said at the time, "He has no idea what he’s doing for the lesbian, gay and bisexual community around the world."
Ricky also tweeted his support for Ian at the time. "Congrats @IanThorpe! Brave man! Happy for you! Millions appreciate what you've done! Proud of you! #SelfLove," he wrote.
