Supanova has announced the first round of celebrities set to appear at the 2019 events held in Sydney and Perth.
Supanova Comic Con & Gaming began in Sydney in 2002 as a completely home-grown Australian production showcasing sci-fi, fantasy, comic books, gaming, anime, manga, cosplay and much more. With '60s stars Barbara Eden – 'I Dream Of Jeannie', Barbara Feldon – agent 99 of the 'Get Smart' series and Dawn Wells – Mary Ann Summers from 'Gilligan's Island', it's safe to say this year the girls have got it.
There’s something for everyone, including cosplay, fan clubs, musical performances, creative masterclasses, celebrity Q&As, wrestling, tournaments, competitions and an expo full of shopping possibilities.
To further the galaxy of girls gracing supernova with their presence this year, 'Supergirl''s Italia Riccie, US pop culture stars Vanessa Marshall – 'Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths', 'Star Wars: Rebels' and Megan Hutchison – 'Rockstars', 'Liberator' will also be there.
Of course the boys don't miss out, Supanova has introduced a plethora of hollywood hunks to visit down under this June.
Big names such as Alan Tudyk – 'Wreck-It Ralph', 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story', 'Firefly', 'Doom Patrol' and 'Aladdin' will be there.
As well as David Ramsey – John Diggle on 'Arrow', Humberto Ramos – 'Runaways', 'The Amazing Spider-Man', 'Crimson' and Donny Cates – 'Venom', 'Guardians Of The Galaxy', 'Cosmic Ghost Rider'.
Unfortunately due to a new film, previously announced guest Lindsey Morgan – 'The 100', who was slated to join the June tour, has had to postpone her appearance.
Supanova takes place in six cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and the Gold Coast), and is Australia’s leading and largest event of its kind with close to 200,000 fans expected to attend the Supanova events in 2019.
