You've gotta give this much to disgraced college football star Manti Te'o — his imaginary girlfriend is pretty hot.
At number 69 on the 2013 Maxim Hot 100, sandwiched between swimsuit model Nina Agdal and Russian starlet Anna Vyalitsyna, you'll find Lennay Kekua — the imaginary woman concocted by Te'o's sexually confused friend Ronaiah Tuiasosopo, who went on to "date" Te'o online for months before her tragic "death".
In a nod to Kekua's fictional status, the entry simply shows an empty black bikini floating against a tropical setting. "We think it might be nice to have an invisible girl of our own to love," the entry reads.
You could argue Kekua's high ranking — ahead of the likes of Jessica Chastain, Kat Dennings, Alice Eve, Jamie Chung, Ke$ha and Aubrey Plaza, but well behind chart toppers Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez and Rihanna — is really a compliment to Diane O'Meara, the former high school classmate of Tuiasosopo's whose picture was used without her knowledge to create Kekua's profile.
Meanwhile, Manti Te'o is laughing all the way to the bank, having been taken in the first round of the NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers last month.
