While patiently waiting to sing the National Anthem before Australia and New Zealand faced off in netball over the weekend, fans and players were surprised to hear the chorus of Peking Duk's new track 'Fire' abruptly take its place.
Following the slip was an thunderous laugh and cheer from the crowd while the Australian Diamonds simply couldn't hold back their chuckles.
When 'Fire' was suddenly cut off, the announcer asked the crowd: “Are you now ready for the Australian National Anthem?” as it began to play. After the intro rolled through and everyone had prepared to sing, the music was once again stopped which triggered more laughter from the crowd.
Catching the attention of Peking Duk online, the Aussie electronic duo jumped on to Twitter for an enthusiastic response.

Although we may not have a new Aussie anthem on our hands, the Australian Diamonds went on to claim a win over the New Zealand Silver Ferns 60-55.
