Victorian-born cult favourite dessert venue Daniel’s Donuts has launched an unexpected trip to The Upside Down, just in time for Halloween festivities.
Expanding beyond Victoria to New South Wales, and on the cusp of their WA debut, Daniel’s has big dreams – and the next step is ‘Stranger Things’. The company has teamed up with Netflix’s cult hit to bring a delicious taste of The Upside Down. . . In donut form. The collaboration celebrates the highly anticipated fifth (and final) season of the globally acclaimed series, ‘Stranger Things’.
While fans prepare to say goodbye to ‘Stranger Things’ later this year, Daniel’s Donuts will serve two exclusive, limited-edition donuts inspired by the show’s most iconic elements. They’re both available now at Daniel’s Donuts (VIC, NSW) and 7-Eleven (VIC, NSW, QLD, WA).
The first is The Upside Down Donut, a white chocolate iced ring donut drizzled with cherry glaze, drawing inspiration from the chaos of The Upside Down. Then there’s the Hawkins Crunch Donut, an ode to the deceptively quaint town of Hawkins. It’s a dark chocolate-glazed donut, topped with waffle crumbs and hiding a delicious red velvet filling.
There’s also a limited-edition four pack featuring ‘Stranger Things’-inspired packaging, including the two themed donuts and two cinnamon ring donuts.
As ‘Stranger Things’ fans prepare for the launch of the final season, Daniel’s Donuts is providing the perfect treat to binge watch the show.
The ‘Stranger Things’ x Daniel’s Donuts products are available now. Netflix’s ‘Stranger Things’ season five launches its first four episodes on 27 November, and the finale on 1 January, 2026.
