Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 22-year-old Rebecca Mackenzie.
She is believed to have been involved in a verbal disagreement with a male friend at the Met Nightclub in Fortitude Valley at around 2am, Sunday 3 May. Police believed she may have then walked towards the Story Bridge.
Detective Inspector Steve Hatton said officers hadn't found any incidents that occurred between the nightclub and the bridge at that time.
"The investigation is still ongoing and obviously there's a lot of CCTV footage from night clubs, from other agencies that we are looking but at this stage it's too early for us to make any comment about the CCTV footage," he said.
The Australian Missing Persons' Register social media post regarding Ms. Mackenzie's disappearance had been shared 6,300 times since it was posted 24 hours ago.

Police are concerned for Ms Mackenzie’s wellbeing as she has not contacted friends or family since this time.
Ms Mackenzie is described as Caucasian, approximately 160cms tall, with a slim build, long brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black top and shorts.
