Charlie Sheen has been hiding something from not just the world but also former partners.
Sheen made a revealing personal announcement in an interview with Matt Lauer on the U.S Today show yesterday – he is HIV positive. "It's a hard three letters to absorb. It's a turning point in one's life," the 50-year-old actor says.
The exact details of the announcement were not certain, however it was widely reported that Sheen would address the rumours that he is HIV positive and that he has kept this from his many and varied former partners.
It has been a quiet few months for Sheen, due to his latest show 'Anger Management' wrapping up last year after being cancelled by FX. This has been somewhat of a change for Sheen who has kept himself in the tabloids over the past few years with wild and unpredictable behaviour which has been linked to massive drug abuse.
This latest confession comes after reports of several active lawsuits from former sexual partners who claim Sheen exposed them to HIV. One of those that has started a legal battle is rumoured to be ex-fiancee, and adult film star Brett Rossi with whom he had an eight-month engagement.
