5 Must Haves For Any Party With The Brains Trust

The Brains Trust
Our eclectic team of writers from around Australia – and a couple beyond – with decades of combined experience and interest in all fields.

The history of The Brains Trust is a bit unknown. But we do know about their future.

A deal was made with a mystical guru, during a vague series of events, which concluded in the promise of wealth and a short monsoon season. The trio of Mr Jonny, Jess Lean and Ed Ruben continue to make downtempo, soul music and beats. While the mystical guru has never been seen again. Controversial!

With a local support of party hip hoppers Funkoars Sunshine Coast show upcoming and the release of their newest single, 'Worst Kind Of Girl', The Brains Trust have gone shopping for the best 'must-haves' for your next party.

1. Cordial

What's not to love about a blue, 10L Coleman Cooler filled to the brim with ice-cold cubes of goodness, water and your favourite fruity syrup?

2. Sherbet

A must at any party. These straws filled with powdery sweets can keep you going all night long. Keep them in a glass bowl at the door for people to grab when they enter.

3. Fairy Bread

Every bite of these multi-coloured bubbles takes you back to a time where nothing was ever too serious. Life is just a big bubble of fun when you see these on the food table.

4. Party Poppers

Let's just face it, whether they come as a surprise or you're surprising someone with one, it's always a good laugh.

5. Sparklers

Have you ever seriously sat down and watched these things twirl around. The shapes, letters, numbers that these guys can create in thin air can keep your guests entertained for hours. Especially after all that sugar.
