Electronic newcomer Hansaa, otherwise known as Vinay Matta, has been honing his craft as a producer in Los Angeles for the past two years.
His debut single is 'Need To Know', which was co-produced with LA-based production duo soso and features the vocals of Oliver Tank.
“We really wanted an element of surprise in 'Need To Know' to break things up,” says Vinay, “so the guitar solo was a really nice touch, and unexpected.”

1. A.CHAL (Los Angeles).
A.CHAL is a Peruvian-born, LA-based R&B artist. Currently touring the US and Canada, his music and voice really hit you with the feels. He just dropped his second album, 'On GAZ', and has collaborated with Canadian producer Stwo. Be on the look-out for my collaboration featuring him with the soso guys.
2. Naderi (Sydney).
Naderi is a pretty prominent figure in the Australian and international music scene using his golden ears as a mixing engineer for some big acts. He is also my good friend. However, his career as an artist is pretty exciting to watch. Having released some monster remixes for Flume and Zhu be excited for the other music he has tucked up his sleeve.
3. Foreign Air (Charlotte).
I was shopping for clothes at David Jones and had to Shazam their record immediately. This indie pop, rock duo have the catchiest hooks and remind me of a hybrid of Jet and Cage The Elephant.
4. Lemay (Las Vegas).
Dryden and myself are homies. If you're really into experimental bass and trap music he's your guy. His sound design is next level and his 808s slap. With support from What So Not, Flosstradamas, UZ and Bassnectar, be on the look-out for him.
5. Koronis (Auckland).
Jesse is my Kiwi brother. This guy is hands-down one of the most talented, experimental and ingenious creatives I have ever met. Incorporating experimental, electronic music and classical composition with technology-driven multimedia, every project he creates you're literally in awe at how unique and original it is. He is a timeless artist and an absolute one to watch.
