Ant Middleton 2023 Australia Tour

British adventurer, writer, television personality, and former SAS solider, Ant Middleton is bringing his positive mindset back to Australia.

His new show 'Fear Bubble: Your Life, Your Time' teaches attendees the importance of emotional intelligence and how to cultivate it by harnessing our fears.

After a successful tour down under last year with his debut show 'Mind Over Muscle', Ant is ready to share with Australia more practical skills, actionable advice, and wisdom gained from his awe-inspiring adventures.

From his time in the special forces, to his role as chief instructor on 'SAS Australia', to his recent K2 climb, Ant constantly sets himself challenges to keep evolving.
