An innovative new iPhone app has been launched that is sure to be of interest to fashion enthusiasts.
Yordrobe combines shopping features and real-time interaction and allows users to sell, shop, swap and drop pre-loved or new designer labels from their virtual wardrobe with other shopaholics alike.
Users can shop for their their favourite designers using hashtags and filters as well as follow each others wardrobes.
Rochelle Carbs, Co-Founder of the app, believes this will bring the fashion community closer together and make it much easier for fashion enthusiasts. “Women all around Australia now have the opportunity to connect with a like-minded fashion community unlike industry competitors that have no restrictions on what can be uploaded and listed. We felt by tailoring the app to specific designer labels this would ensure only the highest quality shopping experience,” she says.
Selling your unwanted clothes is also easier with the app. Don't stress about emptying your wardrobe completely though as there is a unique swap feature.
In addition, the drop feature sells your items for you. By simply selecting the drop feature and submitting the items you want to sell, Yordrobe will send you a pre-paid return label, just pop your items in the post and the rest is taken care of from there.
“Not only is Yordrobe new and innovative, it is no doubt set to excite every fashion enthusiast around the country. We can proudly say the software behind the app is also custom coded and built entirely by Software Engineer and Co-Founder Rick Luppino,” Rochelle says.
“The first release of Yordrobe is just a glimpse of the technology we are creating and we are already working on our second release with shopping features that will increase even more sales,” Rick says.
