BlackMilk Clothing are about to launch 'Suicide Squad: Pure Insanity', its fourth licenced DC Comics capsule collection.
It will feature a limited number of replica pieces from the DC Comics cult film including the exact ‘Property of Joker’ bomber jacket and the ‘Daddy’s Lil Monster’ baseball tee worn by Margot Robbie’s character Harley Quinn.
BlackMilk Clothing creator and head designer, James Lillis, has always been interested in comic books. “I’m a massive fan, I grew up with DC Comics. So, as well as being a big deal with our community, making this gear is something I’ve always wanted to do,” Mr Lillis explains.
“There are so many really fascinating themes embedded in the Superhero genre. There’s good and evil, and there’s that grey area in between. There’s the idea that even the most overlooked or misunderstood people can have secret identities that can, and do, change the world.”
